The property is about 5 miles west of Almond, New York. I jumped deer and turkey on my inspection. The property has many active deer trails. The hunting lease has a small right of way that you can easily drive an ATV onto the property. The property is mostly brushy fields with about 12 acres of woods in the north-west corner. The fence row across the middle of the property is 20-40 yards wide. The fence lines have scattered apple trees in them. The woods in the back west corner has some oak trees. The property slopes uphill from the south to the north. The north-west corner slopes back downhill. The property was easy to walk. There are some great stand sites in the wooded fence lines. This hunting lease will easily accommodate 2 hunters (will hunt big). Almond, New York is a great area for turkey and deer. The hunting lease is posted but feel free to repost with some current signs. ATV use is authorized for hunting purposes only. You are authorized to put food plots on the lease. The neighbor to the very north of the right of way could possibly lease a camper spot or have a small camp he would lease to the hunters (get with him on prices). No spot for camper on access right of way.
